Huskies in the Alps: Honoring 40 Years of Adventure and Growth
Paul Koubeck ’90 invited community members on a trip to the Swiss Alps in honor of Four Point’s legacy. Along for the adventure were Alex Kearney ’06, Chris Mangold P’26, Rob Liscombe ’99, and Bob Vigneaux P’26.
Members of the Gould community embarked on an unforgettable alpine adventure through the Berner Oberland region of the Swiss Alps. The hut-to-hut ski tour—led by Gould alumnus and IFMGA-certified mountain guide Paul Koubek ’90—offered participants a chance to challenge themselves while exploring some of the most breathtaking terrain in Europe.
The journey began and ended in Grindelwald, Switzerland, and celebrated the 40th anniversary of Gould’s Four Point program. All proceeds from the tour supported Gould Academy, helping ensure that future students can continue their own journeys of self-discovery—both in the classroom and beyond. Way to go Huskies!
