Paw Prints: Caroline Murphy, English teacher, Advisor, Freeride Ski Coach, Junior Four Point Trip Leader, and Student Organization Coordinator

Caroline Murphy wears a lot of hats. And not just the ones featured in these photos. She is an English teacher, an advisor, a freeride ski coach, Junior Four Point trip leader, and the Student Organization Coordinator helping all of the clubs at Gould to flourish. Even with her busy schedule, she still finds time to get out on the river and cast whenever she can.
“Gould for me is the place where I began to learn who I want to be...It's not only the students who help me rethink and reflect on my craft(s) every day but the space in which we all have the privilege to work and play that keeps me coming back. The mountains, the rivers, the trails, and the community that makes up this place is what keeps me inspired and has helped me grow.” - Caroline Murphy

You might not expect it from someone so sporty, but while in college Caroline traveled abroad to London for a posh internship in the world of fashion at NOTION magazine.

We're so lucky that Caroline found her way back across the pond and landed at Gould, advocating for student voices, and supporting young people as they become their best selves. #GouldLife #GouldPawprints 🐾
